Case Study

Information  Technology is just like a bundle of all these: the water piping system, the electrical lining system, the bicycle, roads and highways, the libraries, the printing press, the airplanes, and many more.
A career in Information Technology is not a dead-end job; it’s a continuous learning innovating of a lot of things.

Information Technology is concerned with improvements in a variety of human and organizational problem-solving hindrance through design, development, and use of technologically based system and processes that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of information in a variety of strategic, tactical, an operational situation. Ideally, this is accomplished through critical attention to the information needs of humans in problem-solving tasks in the use of technological aides, including electronic communication and computer-based systems of hardware and software and associated processes. Information technology complements and enhances traditional engineering through emphasis on the information basis for engineering. The knowledge and skills required in information technology come from the applied engineering sciences, especially information, computers, and system engineering sciences and from professional practice. Professional activities in information technology and in the gaining of information technology system range from requirements definition and specification, to conceptual and functional design and development of communication and computer-based system for information support. They are concern with such topic as agricultural definition and evaluation. These activities include integration of new system into functionally operational existing system and maintenance of the result as user need s change over time. This human interaction with systems and processes, and associated information processing activities, may take several unlike forms.
The hardware and software of computing and communications form the basic tools for information technology. These are implemented as information technology systems through use of systems engineering processes. While information technology and information systems engineering does indeed enable better design of systems and existing organizations, it also enables  the design of fundamentally new organization and systems such virtual corporations. Thus, efforts in this area include not only interactivity in working with clients to satisfy present needs but also awareness for  future technological, organizational, and human concern so as to support transition over time to new information technology-based services.

·         Information technology is acquisition, processing, storage, and dissemination of vocal, pictorial, textual, and numerical information by a microelectronic-based combination of computing and telecommunications. The term in its modern sense first appeared in a 1958 article in Harvard Business Review in which author Leavitt and Whistler commented that “the new technology does not yet have a single establish name. We shall call is Information technology.

·         From this point we know that all of the things and new technology are compose of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.  How I.T work in the new technology? Using computer programs develop the knowledge of information technology and new technology. IT makes the world impossible and miracle. Everyday, every hour, every minute, and every second we encounter the new technology that was made by IT. IT has many branches of courses that work together.

·         Electrical engineering and information technology are among the prime engines of technical and economic progress. These two disciplines are helping us find the answer to the challenges of the future in areas as diverse as automotive technology, power engineering and electronics engineering. The capabilities and know-how of engineers provide the foundation for these endeavors. The breakneck speed of current developments in information and communications technology in particular underscores the tremendous importance of engineers’ achievements.

·         Every things and materials are made of IT using computer programs. Because every machine are controlled by computers. For example the water piping system is design by IT materials.
So IT it’s a continuous learning and innovating of a lot thing.

·          Another comparison with is that is like a social-networking site or internet. Facebook, Google, Twitter, email accounts, online business, and Blogger. These are examples of what IT brings to communications. IT makes communication much faster than ever. Like on Facebook, you can chat whenever you want. On Yahoo, you can send emails to your family or friends even he or she is in other country. Information technology makes a great impact on nowadays.

·         IT is also useful in libraries. Library is the storage of information, it is where one reads, searches, and acquires knowledge. Similar in IT, through IT everybody can gain knowledge not only the students. Everybody can acquire sets of information whether new or old. Like in the library information are stored systematically, information are grouped accordingly and therefore it is also acquired in the same manner.
The things that write above are the example of the bundle of Information technology. Electrical lining system is controlled by the IT and Electrical engineering- is a field of engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. The field first became an identifiable occupation in the late nineteenth century after commercialization of the electric telegraph and electrical power supply. It now covers a range of subtopics including power, electronics, control systems, signal processing and telecommunication. Electrical engineering may include electronic engineering. Where a distinction is made, usually outside of the United States, electrical engineering is considered to deal with the problems associated with large-scale electrical systems such as power transition and motor control, whereas electronic engineering deals with the study small-scale electronics systems including computers and intergraded circuits. Alternatively, electrical engineers are usually concerned with using electricity to transmit energy, while electronic engineers are concerned with using electricity to transmit information. More recently, the distinction has become blurred by the growth of power electronics.
The career in IT is not a dead-end job; its continuous learning and innovating of a lot of things. It simply  implies that IT does not stop, or it is not just until there, there are still many things to uncover, to know, to be revealed, maybe new techniques, new ways, new processes or new sets of technologies, new ideas, inventions for as long as man exist, he tries, , discovers, formulates, continue, to create because as long as he breath his learning process does not exist
